Self Care

Is so important but something we tend not to do as we are so busy looking after others. There is a saying “if you don’t love and care for yourself then why do you expect others to”. By practicing self care you are giving your body a positive vibration and in return you will feel content and happy.

There are many ways that you can do self care and to name a few are :-

  • Take a long soak in a bubble bath.
  • Go for a walk.
  • Take time out and read.
  • Do something you enjoy like bake a cake or eat it.
  • Do something nice for yourself i.e haircut.
  • Exercise or do a hobby.
  • Plan and go on your next trip.

We do need to take five minutes for ourselves and not feel guilty.
